Deutschland ist ein Land mit Migrationshintergrund – das weiß inzwischen jeder Bundespräsident. Passend zur Wahl des neuen Staatsoberhauptes hat das Bundesverwaltungsamt eine neue Ausgabe des seit 2003 erscheinenden Leitfadens [3]herausgegeben. Dessen großes Thema ist neben der Migration natürlich wieder: Freiheit.
