Noch vor Ende der Berufungsfrist hat die Inhaberin der Markenrechte an "Obelix" gegen das Urteil im Streit um den Namen "MobiliX" Berufung beim Oberlandesgericht München eingelegt.

a) die Unterlassung der Verwendung der Bezeichnung "Mobilix"
b) die Löschung der deutschen Marke "Mobilix" (Nr. 300 30 387)
