Landgericht Bochum bestätigt Schadensersatz bei GPL-Verstoß [1]

Mit seinem Urteil vom 3. März 2016 (I-8 O 294/15 [3]) hat das Landgericht Bochum klargestellt, dass bei Verstößen gegen die Lizenzpflichten der GPLv2 [4] dem Rechtsinhaber auch ein Schadensersatzanspruch zusteht und er damit vom Verletzer entsprechende Auskünfte über den Umfang des lizenzwidrigen Softwarenutzung verlangen kann.
